The first external evaluation of the training program of Hai Duong University

The Center for Education Quality Assessment under the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges conducted an external assessment of four undergraduate training programs of Hai Duong University.

Four undergraduate training programs were surveyed for external evaluation of the school, including: English language, electrical engineering, accounting, business administration.

The survey will take place from December 24-29. The expert team will examine documents and evidence; discuss and interview; observe classroom and practice sessions; visit and observe the school's facilities for teaching, research and learning; collect feedback from relevant parties... to have an objective and realistic assessment of the accredited training program, thereby making recommendations for improving and enhancing the quality of education and training.

External evaluation of the training program will help Hai Duong University and its faculties recognize the strengths that need to be promoted and the limitations that need to be overcome, thereby having effective solutions to contribute to improving the quality of education, meeting the requirements of society and international integration.

This is the first time Hai Duong University has organized external evaluation of each specific training program.

Previously, in 2021, the Center for Education Quality Assessment under the Association of Vietnamese Universities and Colleges recognized Hai Duong University as meeting the education quality standards issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.

According to Circular No. 38/2013/TT-BGDDT dated November 29, 2013 of the Ministry of Education and Training regulating the process and cycle of quality assessment of training programs of universities, colleges and vocational secondary schools, external assessment of training programs is one of the four steps of the quality assessment process of training programs, including: self-assessment; external assessment, re-assessment (if any); appraisal of assessment results; recognition of meeting quality standards.

External assessment of training programs is the process of surveying and evaluating by an educational quality assessment organization based on the training program quality assessment standards issued by the Ministry of Education and Training to determine the level of training programs that meet educational quality standards.
