Regarding the quality of private high schools, the Director of the Department of Education and Training said that the non-public education system in the province has developed strongly in recent times.

The rate of good students and private high school graduates passing university entrance exams is increasing. Currently, the province has 19 private high schools, reaching a rate of 31.67%.

The Director of the Department of Education and Training affirmed that the quantity and quality of private high school education have been simultaneously improved. The Department has focused on directing schools to invest in facilities in the direction of building private high schools that meet national standards, especially for newly established schools. Along with that, it requires schools to have a sufficient number of permanent teachers, with the right training level and structure; regularly train, foster, and exchange; direct private high schools to be public about facilities, staff, quality, and tuition fees.

"This is the basis for people to choose high schools for their children and creates motivation for high schools to improve the quality of education and training," Comrade Luong Van Viet affirmed.

Comrade Luong Van Viet said he will propose increasing enrollment quotas for high-quality high schools and reducing spending for low-quality schools.

Regarding the content of the question raised by the delegates regarding the uneven development of private high schools among localities, comrade Luong Van Viet said that currently only Thanh Ha and Gia Loc districts do not have private high schools. Of which, near Gia Loc district, there are 2 schools: Luong The Vinh and Nam Hai Duong high schools. In Thanh Ha, the Department of Education and Training is coordinating to implement land planning for education, encouraging and attracting investors.

Regarding private school tuition fees, comrade Luong Van Viet said the Department of Education and Training will strengthen control over private high schools to collect fees in accordance with regulations.
