The process of transporting raw materials in and out of the rented factory of Mr. Tran Dinh Trong's household in Tuan Viet commune (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong) affects the environment.
In mid-March, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Kim Thanh district coordinated with the People's Committee of Tuan Viet commune to conduct a site inspection at the business premises of Mr. Tran Dinh Trong in Tuan Viet commune. This household specializes in transportation services, warehousing, production of unburnt bricks and agricultural products.
The inspection showed that the owner of the facility was trading in construction materials and renting a factory to gather ash and slag materials for production (the products produced were unclear because the tenant was not present at the time of the inspection). During the transportation of raw materials, they were scattered on the yard, causing dust and dirt.
The People's Committee of Kim Thanh district has requested this facility to temporarily suspend production activities at the rented factory and provide all legal documents related to production and business activities for management agencies to consider and resolve.
The District People's Committee directed relevant agencies to continue to inspect and clarify the project implementation process of Mr. Tran Dinh Trong's household, and strictly handle violations in the fields of investment, land, and environmental protection (if any).
Previously, on March 14, 2024, Kim Thanh District People's Committee received information reflecting on production activities causing environmental pollution in Tuan Viet commune.
