That is to continue to promote investment attraction, actively apply scientific and technical advances, develop concentrated agricultural production areas, step up the construction and promotion of agricultural product brands with strengths, quality, and competitiveness in the market; promote the effectiveness of planning work, exploit potentials well, focus on mobilizing resources, speed up site clearance, build key traffic works, promote socio-economic development in the district; improve the quality of administrative procedure reform, pay attention to planning, use, rotation associated with training, fostering to improve the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, especially cadres, leaders, and managers at all levels with political qualities, revolutionary ethics, political theory and professional expertise on par with the tasks in the new situation.

Of the above 3 breakthrough tasks, 2 tasks will continue to be implemented from 2022 and 1 new task is to promote the effectiveness of planning work, exploit potentials, focus on mobilizing resources, speed up site clearance, build key traffic works, and promote socio-economic development in the district.

To complete this year's breakthrough tasks, the Standing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee requested the district's advisory agencies and socio-political organizations to focus on developing plans, effectively implementing them, and checking and evaluating the results of the implementation monthly and quarterly.
