Inspecting nearly 70 equitized enterprises in Hai Duong

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just decided to establish an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect the compliance with legal regulations on investment, construction, land and the implementation of financial obligations regarding land for nearly 70 equitized enterprises in the province. Of these, 6 are central enterprises located in the province, the rest are enterprises managed by the province.

The inspection team was led by Mr. Nguyen Trac Trung, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Hai Duong Transport Vocational Training Joint Stock Company in Tan Binh Ward (also in Hai Duong City) is on the list of equitized enterprises being inspected.

The inspection contents include: Compliance with legal regulations on investment and implementation of investment projects for land use activities in the province. Preparation of detailed planning, granting of construction permits and construction of works at land use locations. Compliance with legal regulations on land management and use; preparation of land use plans, land registration, conversion to land lease and performance of financial obligations on land since the decision to approve the equitization plan for land use locations in Hai Duong.

The inspection period is from the time of equitization to the time of inspection. The deadline for completing the inspection is before September 30, 2023.
