Dai An Industrial Park expansion has cleared over 60% of the area to be recovered.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Cam Giang district, by May 31, the Dai An Industrial Park expansion project phase 2 had completed site clearance of about 140 hectares, reaching over 60% of the total area to be recovered.

The provincial People's Committee has changed the land use purpose of 96.58 hectares in the first phase and handed over to the investor to implement the project. The remaining nearly 50 hectares are being reviewed by Cam Giang district to submit to the province for the second phase of changing the land use purpose.

For more than 80 hectares of land that have not been cleared, the locality is taking inventory and making plans for compensation and support. However, during the process of propaganda and mobilization, some households with agricultural land in Cam Doai commune have not yet agreed with the current compensation price, causing difficulties in site clearance. Some households have not yet expired their lease contracts for public land, so verification and review take a long time...

Cam Giang district strives to complete site clearance work in the fourth quarter of 2023.

Dai An Industrial Park Phase 2 expansion in Cam Giang district has a total area of 227 hectares, of which 187 hectares are in Cam Doai commune and 40 hectares are in Cam Dong commune. This project is invested by Dai An Industrial Park Infrastructure Development One Member Co., Ltd.
