The Investigation Police Agency of Tu Ky District Police (Hai Duong) has just prosecuted 15 defendants, who are teenagers involved in a brawl in the area, for the crimes of intentionally causing injury and disturbing public order.
Previously, on the night of April 29 and early morning of April 30, 2024, a group of 10 teenagers in Tu Ky district rode motorbikes carrying beer bottles, knives, swords, and sticks to Hai Duong city and met another group of teenagers from Gia Loc district, Hai Duong city, also carrying beer bottles and knives.
These two groups chased and beat each other. While chasing and beating each other, the groups drove at high speed, swerved, honked, shouted, cursed, and threw beer bottles at each other, causing a disturbance to security, order, and social safety.
When chasing and beating the group back to Tu Ky district, 2 subjects in Tu Ky group used knives to slash and injure 2 subjects in Hai Duong city. 1 subject in Tu Ky group was also injured by the knife.
The Investigation Police Agency of Tu Ky District Police continues to investigate, clarify the case and handle other related subjects.
