Resolution on emulation and rewards for National Assembly deputies

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue signed to certify Resolution No. 44/2024/UBTVQH15 dated February 5, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee regulating emulation and rewards for National Assembly deputies, National Assembly agencies, agencies under the National Assembly Standing Committee and cadres and civil servants under the management authority of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Accordingly, the scope of emulation organization is the National Assembly; emulation blocs of National Assembly agencies, Committees under the National Assembly Standing Committee; National Assembly agencies, Committees under the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Emulation titles for full-time National Assembly deputies working at the central level, Heads and Deputy Heads of Committees under the National Assembly Standing Committee include: "Emulation fighter of the National Assembly agency"; "Emulation fighter at the grassroots level"; "Advanced worker".

Emulation titles for the Nationalities Council, Committees of the National Assembly, and Committees under the National Assembly Standing Committee include "Emulation Flag of the National Assembly's agencies"; "Excellent labor collective"; "Advanced labor collective".

The title "Emulation Fighter of the National Assembly's agencies" is awarded to individuals who meet the following criteria: Having outstanding achievements selected from among individuals who have been awarded the title "Emulation Fighter of the grassroots" three times in a row; having initiatives that have been effectively applied and have the potential to be replicated in the agencies of the National Assembly, the Committees under the National Assembly Standing Committee recognized by competent agencies and organizations; or having scientific topics, scientific projects, scientific and technological works that have been accepted and effectively applied, with influence in the agencies of the National Assembly, the Committees under the National Assembly Standing Committee.

The title "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level" is awarded to individuals who meet the following criteria: Meet the criteria for the title "Advanced Worker"; Excellently complete tasks or have initiatives recognized by the National Assembly's agencies, Committees under the National Assembly Standing Committee, or have scientific topics, scientific projects, scientific and technological works that have been accepted.

Meanwhile, the forms of commendation of the National Assembly Standing Committee include the Medal "For the cause of the Vietnamese National Assembly" and Certificate of Merit.
