Groundbreaking ceremony of Vinh city's iconic tower project

Immediately after winning the bid, Ricons started construction and accelerated the construction progress. In this cooperation with the Founder of Ecopark, Ricons took on the role of General Contractor for design and construction of the Central Park Residences project. The project consists of 2 mixed-use apartment towers, each with 2 basements and 30 floors, with 620 apartments and built on a land area of ​​19,196m2.

Previously, Ricons was honored to be trusted by the investor and selected as a strategic contractor, undertaking the construction of the structure and basic completion of all 825 adjacent villas - The Garden subdivision of the Eco Central Park project.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh, Deputy General Director of Eco Central Park, said that the projects that the Founder of Ecopark has implemented are all symbolic and have their own unique features.
