Urgently complete the position of Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee

Major General Le Ngoc Chau has been mobilized and appointed by the Central Party Secretariat to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
