The District Elderly Association and the Elderly Associations of communes and towns in Nam Sach district presented 103 gifts; the Elderly Associations of communes and towns in Thanh Mien district (Hai Duong) presented 150 gifts to poor members and those in difficult circumstances.
On the occasion of the 83rd anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnamese Elderly (June 6, 1941 - June 6, 2024), the Association of the Elderly in Nam Sach district visited and presented 8 gifts (each worth 400,000 VND); the association's facilities visited and presented 95 gifts (each worth 300,000 VND) to poor members, members in difficult circumstances, and members who are sick.
The Association of the Elderly of communes and towns in Thanh Mien district also visited and presented 150 gifts (each worth 300,000-500,000 VND) to members in difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, the Association of the Elderly in localities also organized many cultural, artistic, physical education and sports exchange activities to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for members.
