The V.League Organizing Committee has just announced the postponement of the match between Da Nang and Hai Phong due to the impact of storm No. 6 (storm Trami).
According to Official Dispatch No. 06/CD-UBND of the People's Committee of Da Nang City on October 26, the Organizing Committee of National Professional Football Tournaments (VPF) has postponed the match between Da Nang and Hai Phong in round 5 of V.League. The match was postponed from October 27 to October 28.
VPF requires the two teams to ensure full preparation and organization of the match and continue to monitor, contact, and promptly report and update information to the Tournament Organizing Committee on any arising issues.
The remaining two matches on the evening of October 27, Hanoi - Ha Tinh and Binh Dinh - Song Lam Nghe An, took place as usual.
The match between Da Nang and Hai Phong is considered the highlight match of round 5 of V.League, because both teams are currently in the second to last positions on the rankings.
Da Nang and Hai Phong are also in the group of 3 teams that have not won any matches in V.League 2024-25, along with Song Lam Nghe An.
The ranking is quite low, but the winner of this match will rise to 8th place, temporarily leaving the "red light" group 3 points behind.
