Hai Duong exceeds target of new business establishment

According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 10 months of 2023, the province had 1,569 more enterprises established with a total registered capital of nearly 13,300 billion VND, an increase of 18.5% in the number of enterprises and 21% in capital compared to the same period last year. With this result, the province has exceeded the target of establishing new enterprises in 2023 (the target of establishing 1,500 enterprises).

During the same period, Hai Duong had 623 businesses resume operations, but 983 businesses temporarily suspended operations and 180 businesses dissolved.

Currently, Hai Duong province has about 19,500 operating enterprises with a total registered capital of over 220,000 billion VND.
