Hai Duong is focusing on accelerating the progress of implementing and executing projects according to the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025. The province prioritizes allocating sufficient investment capital to complete key projects and programs and projects according to the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2020-2025. Including 4 important inter-regional traffic axes.

4 inter-regional traffic axes include 13 projects, with a total investment of about 9,330 billion VND. Of which, the traffic axis connecting Vu Cong Dan Street (Hai Duong City) to Ke Sat Town (Binh Giang) connects to the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway intersection at Provincial Road 392, including 4 projects, with a total investment of about 2,826 billion VND. The traffic axis at the interchange with National Highway 5 in Kim Xuyen Commune (Kim Thanh) is located on the axis connecting Hai Duong with Quang Ninh Province and Hai Phong City, including 4 projects, with a total investment of about 3,368 billion VND. The traffic axis connecting National Highway 5 (Lai Vu Bridge area), through Thanh Ha District Town, Hop Thanh Bridge to the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway intersection includes 3 projects, with a total investment of about 1,987 billion VND. The traffic axis connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 18 (from Hai Duong City via Han Bridge, through Nam Sach District, Tan An Bridge to Chi Linh City) includes 2 projects, with a total investment of about 1,149 billion VND.

Currently, some projects located in the 4 important inter-regional traffic axes have been implemented and are being accelerated by investors and contractors; some projects are in the stage of completing investment procedures.
