Hai Duong launches special emulation campaign to welcome Farmers' Union Congresses at all levels

The Provincial Farmers' Association launched a campaign to encourage farmers in localities to promote the application of technology in production and improve economic efficiency.

The Farmers' Association of Hai Duong province has launched a special emulation campaign to welcome the Congresses of Farmers' Associations at all levels, towards the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Association for the 2023-2028 term.

The emulation period lasts from now until the fourth quarter. Accordingly, the association at all levels will promote the movement of farmers competing in production and good business; helping poor households; creative startups; applying digital technology; replicating production linkage models according to value chains, ecology, and organic. Mobilizing members to donate land for road construction, building new rural areas, and civilized urban areas. Building and replicating models of "Farmers' Association collecting, classifying, and processing organic waste into fertilizer at households", "Waste-free fields"...

The Provincial Farmers' Association will develop and implement 2-3 projects and tasks to support members, poor farmers, policy families, and those with special difficulties in some localities. Farmers' Associations of districts, towns, cities, and bases will have at least 1 specific, practical, and meaningful activity, project, or task to welcome the Congress of Farmers' Associations at all levels for the 2023-2028 term.

The grassroots Farmers' Association Congress in the province will be held from January and strive to be completed in April; the district-level Congress is expected to take place from April to July; and the provincial-level Congress is expected to be held next August.
