Hai Duong sets a target that by 2025: 100% of managers at all levels participating in the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Development will be trained and have their capacity improved in digital transformation. 90% of provincial-level work records, 80% of district-level work records and 70% of commune-level work records will be processed online. 50% of linkage models associated with raw material areas will apply digital technology.

This is the goal of the "Digital transformation program in new rural construction, towards smart new rural areas in Hai Duong province by 2025".
