Hai Duong urgently solves difficult problems at the beginning of spring

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to urgently advise on the auction of land use rights and assets on land at land plot No. 167 Bach Dang (Hai Duong City); proactively prepare necessary conditions to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee on the auction plan for recovered land plots of many other enterprises in the province.

After only 4 days, on February 20, I saw information from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, currently there are 4 "golden" land plots in Hai Duong city that have been recovered and can be auctioned in the first half of 2024; 18 land plots in Ninh Giang, Cam Giang, Nam Sach, Kim Thanh districts; Hai Duong city, Chi Linh and Kinh Mon town can also be auctioned in the following time.

2023 is considered a sluggish year for land auctions in many localities of Hai Duong due to the general impact of the sluggish real estate market. Difficult land auctions have greatly affected local budget revenue and public investment plans. However, this cannot be delayed because of these difficulties. Because revenue from land auctions is an important resource for localities in particular and the whole province in general to achieve socio-economic development goals in order to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels.
