Hai Duong completed housing support for 3,253 households of people with revolutionary contributions.

According to the Hai Duong Department of Construction, since Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP took effect on February 15, 2022, Hai Duong province has completed supporting 512 households with revolutionary contributions who are really facing housing difficulties (including 179 households building new houses and 333 households repairing) with a support level of 60 million VND/new house and 25 million VND/repaired house. The support capital comes from the increased land revenue in 2021 at the district level.

The province has also completed supporting 2,741 households with meritorious services to the revolution with housing (including 1,627 households with new construction and 1,114 households with repairs) under the Project to support people with meritorious services to the revolution with housing according to Decision No. 22/2013/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, phase 2, with a support level of 44 million VND/newly built house and 20 million VND/repaired house from the provincial budget according to Resolution No. 26/NQ-HDND dated July 12, 2022 and Resolution No. 66/NQ-HDND dated November 6, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council.

In addition, Hai Duong is also supporting 88 households in the project and 1,727 households outside the Project to support people with revolutionary contributions in housing phase 2 with a support level of 44 million VND/newly built house and 20 million VND/repaired house according to Resolution No. 66/NQ-HDND dated November 6, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council on supporting housing costs for households with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs in the province.
