Hai Duong proposes to publicize 4 enterprises violating land

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hai Duong has requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Provincial People's Committee to direct the public posting of information on land violations on the websites of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Provincial People's Committee for 4 enterprises using land in the province. Specifically, the 4 violating enterprises include the following Joint Stock Companies: Xuyen A, Delta, An Thanh Trading and Service and Thuan Thanh Brick Company Limited.

Previously, in 2023, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment inspected and reviewed the compliance with land laws of 18 enterprises using a total area of ​​more than 45.4 hectares of land in the province. Through inspection and review, it was found that Xuyen A Joint Stock Company had leveled the ground, built a number of items, leaving about 2 hectares empty. Delta Joint Stock Company had leveled about 2 hectares out of a total of nearly 5 hectares of leased land but had not yet operated. An Thanh Trading and Service Joint Stock Company received a transfer of assets from another enterprise, but this enterprise had no production activities and had left them abandoned for many years. Thuan Thanh Brick Company Limited received a transfer of assets from another unit, operating not in accordance with the project's objectives.
