Hai Duong has 3 registered units participating as satellite hospitals of Hanoi Heart Hospital.

The Provincial General Hospital registered for 14 training courses, Thanh Mien District Medical Center 11 courses and Gia Loc District Medical Center 5 courses. The training content is basic cardiology, cardiovascular emergency, cardiovascular nursing. A total of 100 doctors, nurses and technicians registered to participate.
