Hanoi is about to auction more than 200 land lots, starting price 3.6 million VND/m2

In My Duc District, Hanoi, it is expected that this September, more than 100 land lots will be auctioned in Phuc Lam, My Thanh, and Xuy Xa communes.

Specifically, according to the announcement of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company, on the afternoon of September 20, 23 land plots in Phuc Lam commune of My Duc district Land Fund Development Center will be auctioned at the commune People's Committee hall.

Plots range in size from over 66m2 to over 200m2 with starting prices of 4.9 million VND/m2. Deposits range from over 60-200 million VND/plot.

Then, on September 26, 54 plots of land in My Thanh commune continued to be auctioned with a starting price of 3.58 million VND/m2. The plots of land ranged in area from 71-174 m2. Customers participating in the auction reserved from more than 50-124 million VND/plot.

Next, on September 27, an auction of 56 plots of land in Xuy Xa commune will take place with a starting price of 3.58 million VND/m2.

Auctions are conducted by ascending bid method, with one round of direct voting at the auction for each plot of land.

In Me Linh district, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company plans to hold an auction of 11 land lots in Chu Tran village, Tien Thinh commune (phase 5). Each lot has an area of ​​90 m2, with a starting price of VND23.2 million/m2. The auction is scheduled to be held on September 28.

In Phu Xuyen district, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company will organize an auction of 42 land lots in Dong Doc Duoi area, Gie Ha village, Phu Yen commune and Ao sau lang area, Noi village, Chau Can commune. The land lots have an area of ​​63-105 m2/lot, starting price of 7.4-25.8 million VND/m2. According to the plan, the auction will be held on September 22.

Regarding the auction of land in the suburbs of Hanoi, recently, Vietnam Auction Company has announced the temporary suspension of the auction of the right to use 57 land plots in the Dam area, Muc Xa village, Cao Duong commune, Thanh Oai district (phase 1).

Notably, on August 7, Truong Son Joint Stock Auction Company also announced the temporary suspension of the auction of the 57 land plots mentioned above.

The reason given was that the People's Committee of Thanh Oai district re-determined the starting price for auctioning land use rights for 114 plots of land in Cao Duong commune according to Decision No. 46 dated July 18 of the People's Committee of Hanoi City.
