Requesting Jaks Hai Duong Power Company Limited to have a document requesting the Provincial People's Committee to add this area to the project boundary and adjust related contracts to serve as a basis for relocating households out of the affected area. Develop a process for transporting and consuming ash and slag to ensure hygiene and the environment, minimizing environmental impacts during the transportation and consumption process.

The Department of Industry and Trade shall preside over and coordinate in reviewing the content, advising the Provincial People's Committee to report to relevant ministries and branches to report to the Prime Minister to allow Hai Duong province to remove the slag dump area 2 from the project; at the same time, add the affected area of ​​148 households to the project boundary and adjust related contracts to serve as a basis for relocating households out of the affected area. The Hai Duong BOT Thermal Power Plant Project was approved by the Government for investment and construction in Phuc Thanh Commune (now Quang Thanh Commune) and Le Ninh (Kinh Mon).
