Extension of the competition period for architectural design of Hai Duong province's cultural and sports complex

Accordingly, the application submission deadline is extended by 30 days, from February 3, 2025 to 4:30 p.m. on March 4, 2025. The contest venue and application submission will be at the new address of the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board at Do Ngoc Du Street, Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City).

The Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board offers a reward of 100 million VND for the first prize winning plan; 60 million VND for the second prize and 40 million VND for the third prize.

Hai Duong province's cultural and sports complex is located in Thach Khoi ward and Lien Hong commune (Hai Duong city); the total planned land area and expected architectural plan is 28.4 hectares.

The investment scale includes a stadium (about 30,000 seats), a multi-purpose gymnasium and training hall (about 3,000 seats, with stands), a table tennis gymnasium (3,000 seats, with stands, large type), an outdoor field system (shooting range, other outdoor fields)...

The project is invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total estimated investment of 790 billion VND.

In the period of 2024-2026, the Sports Training, Coaching and Competition Center, a 3,000-seat multi-purpose gymnasium and training facility, meeting international competition standards, will be built. Outdoor facilities include: outdoor training grounds; internal roads, water supply and drainage, electricity, fire protection, communications, landscape, trees, etc.

The remaining items in the complex will be invested in construction in the next phase.
