Hai Duong City removed 27 residential plots from Tan Phu Hung urban area planning due to land clearance problems.

Hai Duong City People's Committee has approved local adjustments to the planning of Tan Phu Hung urban residential area, removing 27 residential land lots stuck with site clearance from the planning.
