Hai Duong strives to complete 576 social housing units this year

In 2025, Hai Duong strives to complete 576 social housing apartments in 2 projects in Hai Duong city, exceeding the assigned target by 40 apartments.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee directed the investor, Thanh Dong Real Estate Joint Stock Company, to speed up the progress and invest in the construction of 336 apartments in the social housing project of the New Urban Area Project in the South of Hai Duong City. The project is expected to be completed and put into use before August 31, 2025, 10 months earlier than the approved schedule.

The Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex Project (Hai Duong City) has 390 apartments invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. According to the approved project schedule, this apartment complex will be completed in February 2026. However, the province has developed a plan to accelerate the project progress, completing the handover of the CT1 block in 2025 with 240 apartments.

According to the social housing construction investment target assigned by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 444/QD-TTg dated February 27, 2025, in the period of 2025 - 2030, Hai Duong must complete 15,281 apartments, of which 536 apartments must be completed in 2025.
