The all-new Ford Transit assembled in Hai Duong officially launched in the Vietnamese market

The all-new Ford Transit line has 3 versions: Trend 16 seats, Premium 16 seats and Premium+ 18 seats, with prices starting at 905 million VND.

The all-new Ford Transit features a modern design, enhanced comfort and convenience, and comes with a comprehensive business management solution called 'Upfleet', developed based on nearly three decades of experience leading the commercial vehicle segment in Vietnam.

The all-new Transit reflects Ford’s commitment to continuous improvement and refinement. It is not only stylish but also exceptionally comfortable and practical, demonstrating an understanding of what customers expect from a commercial vehicle.

The all-new Transit has the largest dimensions in its segment. Trend version: 5998 x 2068 x 2485 mm, Premium version: 5998 x 2068 x 2775 mm, Premium + version: 6703 x 2164 x 2775 mm. All 3 versions have the same wheelbase of 3750 mm and ground clearance of 150 mm.

The all-new Transit features a premium and comfortable cabin, meticulously designed to meet the maximum needs of business customers. Some outstanding features include a 12.3-inch dual screen for the dashboard and the best-in-class center screen in the Premium and Premium+ versions, integrated with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for a modern and connected driving experience.

Flexible seating arrangements including single, double and triple seats with folding options provide ample space for passengers and luggage. This flexibility allows customers to customise the interior to meet their specific needs.

To provide a spacious, uncluttered space, the all-new Transit offers driver and passenger storage solutions. Powerful performance and fuel economy are demonstrated by the new 2.3L Diesel engine combined with a 6-speed manual transmission. Built on a new chassis platform, the all-new Transit uses boron steel and high-strength hardened steel. This combination increases maximum stiffness and torsional strength while making the vehicle lighter and more durable than traditional materials. These improvements reduce wear and ensure the chassis can withstand a maximum load of up to 4.6 tons.

Transit has been tested to Ford’s global durability standards. Testing includes vehicle handling, ensuring safe lane changes on the highway when fully loaded, and more than 2 million kilometers of durability testing on a variety of roads in harsh environments, including in Vietnam.
