Speeding up the construction progress of 500kV line 3 through Hai Duong

At the construction sites, comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested the District Party Secretaries of the localities where the project passes to regularly inspect, urge and mobilize local forces to support the investor and contractors to construct the project. Localities with remaining land issues directed specialized departments, offices and People's Committees of communes to urgently coordinate with the investor to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of people to hand over the remaining anchorage areas to ensure progress. Urge households to dismantle their houses, move their assets and cut down trees in the corridor of the route...

The People's Committees of Ninh Giang, Thanh Mien, Gia Loc, Binh Giang districts and Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. coordinate with the investor to be ready to mobilize the maximum local workforce with the standards and conditions to participate in the project construction when necessary. Complete the approval of the compensation plan for the foundation and safety corridor so that the investor can complete the compensation work for the people and businesses. Provide maximum support and create favorable conditions for investors, contractors, and construction units in terms of food, accommodation, and living conditions to ensure convenience.

The delegation visited, presented gifts and encouraged officers and workers of PC1 Group Joint Stock Company who are constructing poles in Van Hoi commune (Ninh Giang); Song Da 11 Joint Stock Company which is erecting poles in Thanh Mien town area and Song Hong 4 Power Construction Joint Stock Company which is pulling wires for poles 286 - 287 in Thuc Khang commune (Binh Giang).

According to the report of the Department of Industry and Trade, by June 11, the 500kV line project of Nam Dinh I Thermal Power Plant - Pho Noi through Hai Duong had 74 pole locations with completed foundations, 60 locations with completed erection, 11 locations with poles being erected, 3 anchoring spaces with completed wire pulling, 5 anchoring spaces are being pulled... The corridor of the line has 28 anchoring spaces, localities have completed handing over the site to the investor... Hai Duong is one of the localities speeding up the implementation progress of the 500kV line project of circuit 3.

Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union established 25 volunteer youth teams with 625 people to support the project construction in 4 districts where the line passes through. The teams supported the dismantling of houses and auxiliary structures within the clearance area; coordinated traffic flow, transported materials to the pole base, installed scaffolding to pull the wire across the road, etc.
