Party committee members in charge of office work of Party committees of branches and grassroots Party committees under the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Bloc were trained in sending and receiving electronic documents on the Party's wide area information network and the Internet.
100 students attended the training course on office work of the Party Committee.
On the morning of October 7, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province organized a training course on office work at the Party Committee level in 2022 for 100 Party Committee members in charge of office work at the Party Committee level of the branches and grassroots Party Committees under their management (Party members in charge of office work at the Party Committee level of the grassroots Party Committees without Party Committees) and Party members assigned to help the Party Committees and Party Committees send and receive documents via the electronic information network.
During half a day, the trainees were trained in regulations and instructions on sending and receiving electronic documents on the Party's wide area information network and the Internet; types, issuing authority, format, and presentation techniques of Party documents; the provision, management, and use of digital signatures in the activities of provincial Party and mass organizations. The training course contributed to helping trainees improve their knowledge and skills in office work at the Party Committee level.
