According to Mr. Pham Dinh Hoa, Chairman of the Trade Union of Tinh Loi Garment Company Limited, this enterprise is recruiting 1,000 workers and laborers. Newly recruited workers will be rewarded from 5-8.5 million VND/person (depending on their skills). Recruited workers will work in the following jobs: product assembly machines, sample room sewing; sewing line managers with experience in finishing sewing and proficient use of sewing machines.

The company arranges free shuttle buses for workers in neighboring provinces, with support for accommodation and travel expenses.

Tinh Loi Garment Company Limited (100% invested capital from Hong Kong, China) is currently the largest garment enterprise in the province.
