Truong Sinh Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Company won the auction to exploit Dai Bo hill land (Chi Linh)

On the morning of September 7, the Hai Duong Province Property Auction Center held an auction for mineral exploitation rights at Dai Bo hill in Hoang Tan ward, Bac An commune (Chi Linh city, Hai Duong).

There are 3 qualified units participating in the auction: Goldsand Investment and Development Company, Truong Sinh Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Company (both in Chi Linh City), and Phuong Hoang Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company (Hai Duong City).

The Dai Bo hill quarry area put up for auction has an area of ​​nearly 45.5 hectares, with a preliminary survey estimate of more than 16 million m3, including 15 million m3 of fill soil and about 1.1 million m3 of rock as raw materials for artificial sand production.

After 2 rounds of auction, Truong Sinh Technical and Commercial Joint Stock Company won the auction. Because the Dai Bo hill area has no mineral exploration results, the starting price is determined by the level of mineral exploitation rights fee (R). As a result, the winning price for land leveling R1=3.90%, raw materials for artificial sand production R2=1.30%.

Previously, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to cancel the auction results for the exploitation rights in Dai Bo hill area for An Binh 62 Joint Stock Company because this company refused to implement the project.
