Tu Ky District Police arrested a subject possessing more than 9 kg of firecrackers.

At 2:10 p.m. on January 3, at Mo Doan village, Dai Son commune, Tu Ky district (Hai Duong), the Criminal-Economic-Drug Police Team, Tu Ky district police, in coordination with Dai Son commune police, caught Nguyen Huu Bac (born in 2000, residing in Minh Khai village, Chi Lang commune, Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province), currently residing in Quyet Tam village, Lai Vu commune (Kim Thanh) in possession of firecrackers.

Through inspection, the authorities seized in Bac's car 28 cylindrical objects, wrapped in multi-layered paper, both ends sealed, one end attached to a red and white fuse, identified as firecrackers with a total weight of 9.085 kg.

At the investigation agency, Bac confessed that he and a person named Thanh (full name and address unknown) produced firecrackers for personal use. Tu Ky District Police are continuing to investigate, clarify the incident and handle it according to the law.
