Prosecuted defendant Doan Xuan Anh, born in 1991 in Ha Xa village, Cam Doai commune, Cam Giang district (Hai Duong) for the crime of consuming property obtained by others through crime.

According to the investigation, at about 4:30 p.m. on August 1, 2024, at the warehouse of Khai Anh Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company (Chan Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province), Hung, a company employee, took advantage of being assigned to supervise and manage the weighing of goods and agreed with Thuc and Tuan to appropriate nearly 7.4 tons of wheat from the company.
