The digital transformation "whirlwind" swept me away

When everyone around me is becoming a digital citizen, I find myself unable to be left behind and must urgently participate in the digital transformation process.

2 years ago, when my boss assigned me to attach QR codes to all of our products, I openly protested because I thought it was useless.

But soon after, during a breakfast shopping trip, I had to admit that my boss was right when the sticky rice seller gave me a QR code just to pay 5,000 VND for the sticky rice.

Then everything changed rapidly. From the vegetable seller, who was still frowning the day before because customers kept asking for the scan code, a few days later she immediately had a pretty plastic sheet with a QR code printed on it to serve customers. In the small afternoon market of my village, no one is unfamiliar with cashless shopping. Many old people also click to transfer money from their pensions and benefits transferred to their accounts...

Who would have thought that one day I would be able to create QR codes, call a taxi, book a flight... with just a few clicks.

Every day, no, I feel like every hour, everyone around me is constantly developing to become digital citizens. The proof is that countless smart applications of agencies, units, businesses, and individuals are competing to be born, constantly improving to meet all needs.

Surely you have experienced the convenience of driving through non-stop toll booths. Or the convenience of booking a taxi through Apps. More simply, there are smart applications for tracking your exercise regimen, walking distance, daily running... on your smartphone.

And now, if you have a need for any field or content, just search a few keywords to get smart, easy-to-use Apps for your needs. Even if you just have a search tendency, your social network is already flooded with related suggested content.

So, even if you want to "stand still", I'm sure it's hard for you not to be drawn into the powerful, attractive transformation of digital life.

Especially for young people, digital transformation is sometimes more important than food and water. They themselves may have been attracted and eager to become digital citizens because of the novelty, modernity, high applicability, suitability to trends, and the young people's personality of exploring and discovering new and difficult things. The proof is that in the implementation of promoting historical relics in Hai Duong province, there are very positive contributions from young people who are youth union members in all localities. Then in participating in guiding people to install applications, solving administrative procedures in the online environment... there is the presence and cooperation of young people in all communes and wards.

Although we still cannot be assured of deviant behaviors, incorrect statements, and toxic trends that are sometimes created by young people themselves or influenced by social networking sites, smart applications, and digital creative content, we also need to accept this process. This is also an opportunity for purification, helping young people boldly overcome backwardness, even mistakes, to make appropriate choices and innovations that are highly applicable to life.

Hai Duong is making clear changes, specifically digital transformation to improve the quality of the living and working environment for all people. From someone who is afraid of change and afraid of accepting new things, I have become someone who expects truly innovative and creative decisions in a drastic way from the province and my agency. What I also hope for is drastic solutions to handle violations, taking advantage of cyberspace for personal gain, and violating the law...

Digital transformation seems strange, but it turns out to be very close, easy to understand, practical, and effective for every person who is curious and responsible for modern life today.
