As part of the roadmap to popularize English and help this foreign language become the second language for students in Vietnam, the Cambridge examination and certification are organized for Ocean Edu students.
From August 21 to August 28, 2023, thousands of primary and secondary school students from all provinces and cities of Ocean Edu nationwide participated in the Cambridge assessment and certification exams at 2 levels: “Key for schools” and “B1 Preliminary”. This is an opportunity for students to have their English proficiency assessed according to international standards and receive Cambridge certificates, thereby helping them to have an orientation to study abroad and work in an international environment in the future.
For children, Cambridge has 3 exams: Starters, Movers and Flyers, which help young students get acquainted with basic English and increase their chances of passing the entrance exam to specialized foreign language schools. Meanwhile, the KET and PET exams, which go deeper into academic knowledge, will help high school students effectively systematize their English knowledge, best preparing for important foreign language exams such as IELTS or higher levels.
