Standing Deputy Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu requested that Party committees and Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies proactively arrange and organize the apparatus, proactively adapt flexibly, and successfully complete assigned tasks.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted that the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc continues to lead the grassroots Party Committees to well implement Directive 35 on organizing Party Congresses for subordinate Party cells and to well prepare for the congresses of Party cells and grassroots Party Committees, especially at units expected to be reorganized and merged.

Leaders deploy professional tasks in 2025 to serve the province's political tasks right from the first days of the first month to ensure continuity and smoothness, without interruption or gaps due to arrangement and merger.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies awarded certificates of merit to 26 grassroots party committees and cells that met the standards of grassroots party organizations and excellently completed their tasks in 2024. 11 grassroots party committee members were awarded certificates of merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies for their outstanding achievements in advising and assisting grassroots party committees in 2024.

The Hai Duong Newspaper Party Committee was awarded a certificate of merit by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies for excellently completing its tasks in 2024.
