Overloading cargo, 2 companies in Hai Duong city were fined 92 million VND

On January 21, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Nam Sach District Police said that among the cases of traffic safety violations punished according to Decree 168 in the area, there were 2 cases of violations related to overloading goods that were punished with high fines. The total amount of fines imposed on the 2 companies and drivers was 104 million VND.

Previously, on January 1, Thien Long Construction Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company located in Tu Minh Ward (Hai Duong City) delivered car 35H-036.54 to driver Do Van Mon, born in 1978 in Gia Tien Commune (Gia Loc), who was working as a driver transporting goods exceeding 79.62% of the permitted load, participating in traffic on provincial road 390D in Tran Phu Commune (Nam Sach).

Thien Long Investment, Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company was fined 46 million VND by the Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee for administrative violations and had its truck license revoked for 2 months. Driver Do Van Mon was fined 6 million VND and had 4 points deducted from his driver's license.

Also on January 1, Phuong Hoang Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company located in Le Thanh Nghi ward (Hai Duong city) delivered vehicle 34L-8804 to driver Vuong Dinh Tuan, born in 1983 in An Son commune (Nam Sach) to transport goods exceeding 84.56% of the permitted load on provincial road 394D, in Tran Phu commune (Nam Sach).

Phuong Hoang Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company was fined 46 million VND by the Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee and had its truck license revoked for 2 months. Driver Vuong Dinh Tuan was fined 6 million VND and had 4 points deducted from his driver's license.
