From 6am to 12pm on December 24, Hai Duong City will close some routes to organize the Launching Ceremony of "Olympic Running Day for Public Health" and the 30th Hai Duong Newspaper Cross-Country Race "Running with Sacombank for Community Health" in 2023.
Hai Duong City People's Committee announced that from 6am to 12am on December 24, all vehicles (except priority vehicles) will be banned from some routes in the area surrounding Bach Dang Park.
Specifically, one-way ban on Tran Hung Dao Street (the direction adjacent to Bach Dang Park) from the Doan Ket intersection to the Tam Giang intersection. Trucks with a load capacity of more than 2.5 tons are prohibited from entering Tran Hung Dao Street from National Highway 5 (vehicles are allowed to move into the city from Dien Bien Phu Street). Both-way bans are on Thanh Nien Street (from Cuu Khe Street to Tam Giang intersection), Doan Ket Street and Cuu Khe Street.
