Ha Long City People's Committee has just issued a notice banning vehicles from circulating on some routes to serve the organization of the Ha Long Carnival program in 2024.
Accordingly, to ensure security and order, traffic safety before, during and after the Ha Long Carnival and during the peak time of organizing festivals and events on the occasion of April 30 - May 1, the People's Committee of Ha Long City prohibits vehicles from circulating (except for priority vehicles: ambulances, fire trucks...; delegate vehicles and vehicles serving the 2024 Carnival program are allowed to circulate) on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, from the roundabout intersection with My Chau Street to the roundabout intersection with Thuong Cang Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City.
Road closures are from 5 p.m. until the end of the preliminary and final dress rehearsals for the Carnival (April 25-26) and from 3 p.m. until the end of the Carnival (April 28).
