Leaders of all 27 EU member states have agreed on a 50 billion euro aid package for Ukraine from the bloc's budget to ensure stable, long-term funding for the country.
On February 1, President of the European Council (EC) Charles Michel said that European Union (EU) leaders agreed on a 50 billion euro aid package for Ukraine.
On social network X, Mr. Charles Michel stated that the leaders of all 27 EU member states agreed on the above support package for Ukraine from the EU budget. According to him, this helps ensure a stable, long-term source of funding for Ukraine.
Immediately after the announcement that the EU had agreed on a 50 billion euro aid package, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal welcomed the decision.
On social network X, Mr. Denys Shmyhal emphasized that EU countries once again showed solidarity with Ukraine.
