Vietnam Social Security said that the digital social insurance application (VssID) has added a feature to display the time of non-payment of social insurance and unemployment insurance. Users can look up this feature in the participation process section in the personal management section. This feature aims to publicize and make transparent information about the social security benefits of employees when participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
In addition, VssID also sends notifications on the application to employees about the time of unpaid social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident and disease insurance of enterprises that are slow to pay, evade, or misappropriate insurance payments for 30 days or more. Notifications are sent on the 10th of each month.
Vietnam Social Security considers this an important solution to help employees proactively manage their social insurance participation information. At the same time, users can also monitor the payment of insurance of enterprises, thereby limiting the situation of evasion, delay, and appropriation of insurance payment of employees.
