Over the years, That Hung Primary School Party Cell has always paid attention to Party building work. In particular, the Party Cell focuses on developing new Party members. In the past 6 years, the Party Cell has admitted 9 new Party members. Currently, the Party Cell has a total of 29 Party members, with only 2 teachers who have not joined the Party.

Teacher Cao Danh Tuyen, Party Cell Secretary and Principal of the school shared: “The viewpoint of the school Party Cell is that if you are a teacher, you must be a Party member. Joining the Party is to train, to constantly train from political awareness to professional tasks. Only then can we create a strong collective in all aspects.”

According to the Party Secretary of That Hung Primary School, the school's two teachers who have not joined the Party include one who is old and one who has just transferred from another place. The Party Cell has assigned specific Party members to help these two teachers have the right political awareness, strive in their professional work, and become outstanding people.

According to comrade Tuyen, the school's Party cell always performs well the leadership role of the Party organization in the school, builds internal solidarity, regularly educates and trains Party members to improve the moral qualities of teachers. Party members are exemplary teachers, working hard and being creative, contributing to improving the quality of education at the school.

Specifically, the Party cell has mobilized all cadres and teachers to register and carry out well the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Each teacher registers to set an example through specific actions related to teaching. In each term, the Party cell develops a plan to inspect and supervise all Party members. The content of inspection and supervision focuses on ethics and lifestyle associated with the political tasks of Party members.

To motivate staff and teachers to complete their tasks excellently, the Party cell always pays attention to emulation and reward work. At the beginning of the school year, the Party cell coordinates with the leaders to launch emulation campaigns with clear criteria. At the end of the school year, voting and rewards will be organized, contributing to widely recognizing typical and advanced examples in the school.

Besides, That Hung Primary School Party Cell focuses on helping party members and the masses overcome difficulties in performing their tasks.

Every month, in the meetings, the Party cell requires Party members to report on good performance and shortcomings so that they can discuss, draw lessons, find causes, propose and agree on measures to help Party members overcome them, contributing to improving the overall quality of education in schools.

Leading performance

Thanks to the leadership, close direction, and specific and practical work of the school's Party Cell, over the years, That Hung Primary School has always reaped many "sweet fruits" in educational work.

The school has 6 excellent teachers at the provincial level and 18 excellent teachers at the town level. For many years, That Hung Primary School has always been in the top of the 5th grade excellent student competition organized by Kinh Mon town. From the 2019 school year to present, the school has had a total of 320 students winning prizes in national and provincial competitions (including 74 students winning prizes at the national level and 246 students winning prizes at the provincial level).

From 2019 to present, That Hung Primary School has continuously been an advanced and excellent labor collective. In 2019, the school was awarded the excellent emulation flag by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province.

Teacher Nguyen Thi Tuyen has been honored to join the Party since 2009. After becoming a Party member, Ms. Tuyen has always strived to practice and strive. Currently, Ms. Tuyen is one of two excellent teachers at the provincial level at That Hung Primary School. "The school's Party Committee is dynamic, creative, and directs the implementation of the Party and State's policies very appropriately, especially those related to the education sector. That is one of the bases and foundations for me and the teachers of the school to strive to achieve many achievements in teaching work," said Ms. Tuyen.

With these achievements, the Party Cell of That Hung Primary School was recently awarded a certificate of merit by the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee for its excellent performance in completing its tasks for 5 consecutive years (2020 - 2024).
