Caught red-handed dumping industrial waste in Kim Thanh

On the evening of August 1, after receiving complaints from residents of Hai Ninh village, Kim Tan commune about people from other places bringing garbage to the village to dump and burn, causing environmental pollution, the Hai Ninh village security and order protection team organized forces to grasp the situation, patrol, and ambush. At 6:00 p.m. on August 1, the Hai Ninh village security and order protection team discovered Mr. Vu Van Huy (born in 1974, in Phuc Thanh commune, Kim Thanh) riding an electric bicycle pulling a modified vehicle carrying 8 blue sacks to the garbage collection point of Hai Ninh village to dump.

Through inspection and verification, the bags contained industrial waste in the form of scraps of fabric. Initially, Mr. Huy stated that it was waste generated during the leather shoe production process of a company in Dong Cam commune (Kim Thanh); Mr. Huy was hired to transport it to the landfill. The security and order protection team of Hai Ninh village took Mr. Huy and his vehicle to the Kim Tan commune police headquarters for questioning.

The case is being jointly verified and investigated by Kim Tan Commune Police and Kim Thanh District Police.

To commend the spirit and responsibility of the security and order protection force at the grassroots level, on the afternoon of August 2, Kim Thanh District Police congratulated and gave a "hot" reward to the Security and Order Protection Team of Hai Ninh village.

Previously, on July 30, the security and order protection force in Quyet Thang village, Kim Anh commune (Kim Thanh) also discovered and controlled a subject who was being sought by the Investigation Police Agency for fraud and property appropriation.
