Police determined that Mr. Nguyen Van Ha (director) and Mr. Phung Van Phuc (former director) of Phu Xuyen Construction Materials Production Joint Stock Company sold goods to many units but did not declare them in order to evade taxes of about 3.5 billion VND.
On the morning of April 19, Phu Xuyen District Police (Hanoi) announced that they had initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and arrested the accused for temporary detention against the following subjects: Phung Van Phuc (born in 1991, in Nam Tien Commune, Phu Xuyen District) is the director; Nguyen Thi Duyen (born in 1973, in Phu Minh Commune, Phu Xuyen District) is the treasurer; Nguyen Van Ha (born in 1977, in Van Diem Commune, Thuong Tin District) is a shareholder, former director of Phu Xuyen Construction Materials Production Joint Stock Company (address in Duyen Trang Village, Hong Thai Commune, Phu Xuyen District) for the crime of "Tax evasion".
Initial investigation results determined that during the period when Mr. Nguyen Van Ha and Mr. Phung Van Phuc were the executive directors of the tunnel brick production activities of Phu Xuyen Construction Materials Production Joint Stock Company, they sold goods to many units but did not declare them in order to evade taxes of about 3.5 billion VND.
Currently, the case of "Tax evasion" is being investigated and handled by Phu Xuyen District Police according to the provisions of law.
