Arrested 6 subjects in Gia Loc carrying weapons 'swinging' through many routes in Hai Duong city

The defendants prosecuted and temporarily detained include: Nguyen Quang Anh (born in 2008), Nguyen Quoc Binh (born in 2007), both from Gia Loc town; Mai Xuan Doan (born in 2005), from Doan Thuong commune.

The subjects Vu Van Thang (born in 2005) in Hoang Dieu commune; Pham Van Trung (born in 2005) in Gia Khanh commune; Nguyen Minh Duc (born in 2008) in Hong Hung commune are all accomplices who were also arrested by the Investigation Police Agency (Gia Loc District Police) earlier for being involved in another case of disturbing public order.

From 0:30 to 2:00 a.m. on July 21, the above 6 subjects and other accomplices (about more than 40 subjects, mostly between the ages of 14 and under 18) rode motorbikes carrying knives, swords, tridents, pig spears, metal sticks, gathered to speed, weave, zigzag, and honk continuously through many streets in Hai Duong city.

After that, 6 subjects and their accomplices used weapons to chase and beat two young men in Thanh Binh ward (Hai Duong city). Quang Anh robbed an Iphone 12 Promax phone from one of the victims.

On October 23, Anh, Binh and Doan were detained. Binh and Doan were prosecuted and detained for disturbing public order. Anh was prosecuted and detained for robbery and disturbing public order.

Binh had been administratively punished for repeatedly disturbing public order and intentionally causing injury. Doan was sentenced by the People's Court of Hai Duong province to 7 months in prison with a suspended sentence and 14 months of probation for intentionally damaging property.

The remaining defendants have no criminal record.
