Arrested 4 company and center leaders related to the incident at the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-05D

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong Province Police has arrested 4 leaders of companies and centers related to the incident at the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-05D to investigate and clarify the act of giving and receiving bribes.

On February 13, the Provincial Police Investigation Agency conducted an emergency search of the residence and workplace of Pham Van Nang (born in 1983, permanent residence in Tu Minh Ward, Hai Duong City), Director of Thien An Company Limited. The Provincial Police Investigation Agency initially determined that Nang colluded with the leaders of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-05D, located in Lien Hong Commune (Hai Duong City), to receive bribes from many motor vehicle owners inside and outside the province.

Previously, on February 9, the Provincial Police Investigation Agency searched the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 34-05D.

Currently, the Provincial Police Investigation Agency has arrested two Deputy Directors of the 34-05D Motor Vehicle Inspection Center, Bui Trong Quyen Anh and Ha Van Toan; arrested and urgently searched the residence and workplace of Nguyen Van Phuc (born in 1990, permanent residence in Tien Dung commune, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang), Director of Alpha Auto Company Limited (headquartered in residential area No. 5, Tram Troi town, Hoai Duc district), working office in Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district (both in Hanoi). Phuc was arrested for colluding with the leaders of the 34-05D Motor Vehicle Inspection Center to create fake documents to carry out procedures for granting certificates of motor vehicle renovation.

The Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police continues to investigate and expand the case.
