Typhoon Yinxing has strengthened by one level and is approaching the East Sea. According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 1:00 a.m. on November 7, the eye of the storm was at about 18.3 degrees north latitude, 123.7 degrees east longitude, in the sea northeast of Lu Dong Island. The strongest wind near the eye of the storm is level 15 (167-183 km/h), gusting to level 17. Moving west-northwest at a speed of 5-10 km/h.
