The online culinary map, contributed by people from all over the country, will help preserve the value of Vietnamese culinary culture.
The online culinary map "Variations - Thousands of ingredients, millions of Vietnamese dishes" by the MAGGI brand in cooperation with the Tourism Information Center, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, will be launched to the public and tourists from September 8.
This map has vivid graphic design and convenient operation, users can easily access to look up and practice dishes from all regions of the country, enriching the daily menu for their family, and also have the opportunity to receive thousands of attractive gifts from the program.
The online culinary map is built as a social networking platform, a place for people to participate in exchanging, sharing, learning cooking recipes and stories about regional culinary culture and local ingredients; thereby joining hands to enrich the treasure trove of delicious recipes and spread the value of Vietnamese culinary culture to domestic and international friends. In particular, from September 8 to October 6, users can participate in contributing and experiencing the Culinary Map "Variations - Thousands of ingredients, cooking millions of Vietnamese dishes" on the program's official website at bientauvannguyenlieu.giadinhnestle.com.vn.
Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa, Director of the Tourism Information Center, Vietnam National Administration of Tourism said: "We believe that the program will contribute to promoting the Vietnamese culinary brand to the world, while promoting culinary tourism, making Vietnam an attractive destination for international tourists around the world. Vietnamese cuisine is quite rich and diverse, many dishes have been known to foreign tourists such as: beef noodle soup, Hanoi bun cha, banh cuon...".
According to Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa, in addition to launching the online culinary map, within the framework of the project "Variations - Thousands of ingredients, cooking millions of Vietnamese dishes", MAGGI also cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, the Saigon Professional Chefs Association and the Center for Research, Preservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine to co-organize the Festival "Promoting Vietnamese culinary culture", from October 20 to 22, 2023. The festival will display the Vietnam Culinary Map Phase 2, breaking its own record with 189 delicious dishes from provinces and cities across the country made by hundreds of culinary artisans right at the festival. Phase 1 is a map introducing 63 delicious dishes from 63 provinces and cities.
According to Tin Tuc newspaper
