Regarding the approval of the zoning plan for the Tan Truong Industrial Park expansion (Cam Giang), scale 1/2000, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung basically agreed with the proposal of the Department of Construction. Regarding the planning tasks of the project on land use, space organization, architecture, technical infrastructure system, environmental protection solutions, expected investment attraction..., the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban to directly direct relevant agencies and units to research and implement, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and the province's development orientation.

The Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the detailed planning plan for the Hung Long-Tan Phong Industrial Cluster (Ninh Giang) reported by the Department of Construction and the consulting unit. Since the land quota for the construction of the industrial cluster will be arranged in the period of 2026-2030, the investor is responsible for receiving the opinions of the members of the Provincial People's Committee at the meeting and perfecting the most optimal plan. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office to coordinate with the Ninh Giang District People's Committee to advise on the preparation of a report of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to report to the Party Committee according to regulations. Ninh Giang District needs to consider the development of the industrial cluster in the area to have appropriate management and regulation solutions, meeting the needs of socio-economic development but must ensure the issues of people's livelihood and environment.

According to the detailed planning scheme for the construction of the Hung Long-Tan Phong industrial cluster, the industrial cluster has a total research area of ​​over 77 hectares. Of which, 75 hectares are planned for the industrial cluster, the rest is the area of ​​roads and corridors of the North-South axis. The industrial cluster will have 2 internal roads connecting from Van Hoi-Tan Quang district road to the North-South axis road, and at the same time, planning the regional roads to form an internal traffic system. On that basis, land functions are arranged with 5 areas, including administrative and service areas; factory and enterprise areas; technical infrastructure areas; fire prevention and fighting barracks construction areas; and concentrated green areas.
According to the report approving the planning task of the Tan Truong expanded industrial park (Cam Giang), scale 1/2000, the research scale is more than 117 hectares, including nearly 113 hectares of industrial park construction planning, the rest is infrastructure connection area. The industrial park will have modern, advanced, environmentally friendly technological infrastructure. The development orientation is a concentrated, multi-industry industrial park, with a system of convenient public social works such as accommodation, trade services, culture, sports, healthcare, green parks serving workers, laborers...
