In Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and some main routes to tourist areas, vehicles move slowly.
Traffic police and police from units and localities have coordinated, divided and regulated traffic according to the proposed plans.
"Local police have deployed over 1,500 officers and soldiers on duty. Also during the 4-day holiday, the national traffic police handled 34,477 violations, imposing fines of more than VND71 billion. Of these, 9,390 were violations of alcohol concentration, 6,233 were violations of speed, and 332 were violations of overloading.
