6 localities in the province have transferred entrusted capital to the Social Policy Bank to provide preferential policy credit loans (illustrative photo)

According to data compiled by the Provincial Social Policy Bank, as of July 17, local entrusted capital reached VND 161.2 billion, an increase of VND 33.2 billion compared to the beginning of 2023, bringing the total mobilized capital at this bank to more than VND 4,362 billion, an increase of 3.9% compared to the beginning of the year. Of which, the entrusted capital from the provincial budget is VND 30 billion; the remaining VND 3.2 billion comes from the entrusted capital at the district level of 6 localities in the province.

Among these 6 localities, Chi Linh city has transferred the highest amount of entrusted capital with more than 800 million VND, exceeding 5.05% of the local capital entrustment plan in 2023. Ranked second is Kim Thanh district with 700 million VND, exceeding 15.63% of the capital entrustment plan. Cam Giang and Tu Ky districts have completed transferring 600 million VND/district of entrusted capital, both reaching 100% of the plan. Thanh Ha district has transferred 300 million VND, Ninh Giang district has transferred 200 million VND, reaching 50% and 33.3% of the capital entrustment plan, respectively.
